Ο «λεγεωνάριος» της ΜΙΤ

Ηχητικά και έγγραφα ντουκουμέντα επιβεβαιώνουν ότι ο Τούρκος μετανάστης Ömer Güney στρατολογήθηκε από τη ΜΙΤ και εκτέλεσε εν ψυχρώ τις τρεις γυναίκες κουρδικής καταγωγής στο Παρίσι στις 9 Ιανουαρίου 2013.
Την εμπλοκή των τουρκικών μυστικών υπηρεσιών στην τριπλή εκτέλεση του Παρισιού στις 9 Ιανουαρίου 2013 επιβεβαιώνουν ηχητικά και έγγραφα ντοκουμέντα που διέρρευσαν στο διαδίκτυο με τη συμπλήρωση ενός έτους από τις δολοφονίες των Sakine Cansiz, ιδρυτικoύ στελέχους του Κουρδικού Εργατικού Κόμματος (PKK), Fidan Dogan, αντιπροσώπου του Κουρδικού Εθνικού Κογκρέσου (KNC) στη Γαλλία και Leyla Soylemez, ακτιβίστριας του κουρδικού κινήματος. Στο ηχητικό ντοκουμέντο που αναρτήθηκε στο Youtube στις 12 Ιανουαρίου, αποκαλύπτονται όλα τα επιχειρησιακά δεδομένα της επιχείρησης δολοφονίας μέσα από τηλεφωνική συνδιάλεξη του προφυλακισμένου βασικού ύποπτου, Ömer Güney, με τους χειριστές του στη ΜΙΤ. Ο σχεδιασμός της επιχείρησης αποκαλύπτεται σε διαβαθμισμένο έγγραφο της ΜΙΤ που διέρρευσε δύο ημέρες αργότερα, αναγκάζοντας τις τουρκικές μυστικές υπηρεσίες να διαψεύσουν με επίσημη ανακοίνωση την εμπλοκή τους στην τριπλή δολοφονία. Ας πάρουμε όμως τα πράγματα από την αρχή.
Στα τέλη του 2012, η τουρκική κυβέρνηση επιβεβαιώνει επίσημα ότι ανώτερα στελέχη της υπηρεσίας πληροφοριών MİT συναντήθηκαν στις 23 Δεκεμβρίου με τον έγκλειστο ηγέτη του ΡΚΚ, Abdullah Öcalan, και συμφώνησαν στην προώθηση της ειρηνευτικής διαδικασίας για τον τερματισμό των εχθροπραξιών και την οριστική επίλυση του Κουρδικού. Στις 9 Ιανουαρίου 2013, οι Sakine Cansiz, Fidan Dogan και Leyla Soylemez εκτελούνται με σφαίρες στο κεφάλι μέσα στα γραφεία του Κουρδικού Ινστιτούτου που βρίσκονται στην κεντρική οδό La Fayette της γαλλικής πρωτεύουσας. Οι αστυνομικές αρχές καταλήγουν στο συμπέρασμα ότι οι άτυχες γυναίκες γνώριζαν το δολοφόνο τους και στις 21 Ιανουαρίου συλλαμβάνουν τον Τούρκο μετανάστη, Ömer Güney, με τη κατηγορία «ανθρωποκτονία από τρομοκρατική ενέργεια» και «συμμετοχή σε εγκληματική οργάνωση». Σύμφωνα με τα προκαταρκτικά στοιχεία της έρευνας, ο Güney ήταν ο τελευταίος που είδε ζωντανές τις Sakine Cansiz, Fidan Dogan και Leyla Soylemez.

Το προφίλ του εκτελεστή

Μοναδικό αγόρι από μια οικογένεια τεσσάρων παιδιών, ο Ömer Güney γεννήθηκε στις 16 Απριλίου 1982 στην πόλη Şarkışla του νομού Sivas, προπύργιο των υπερεθνικιστών «Γκρίζων Λύκων». Tο χωριό του, το Polatpaşa, μετονομάστηκε από Tuzla προς τιμήν του Στρατηγού Osman Fazlı Polat Paşa, εκ των ανωτάτων αξιωματικών που συμμετείχαν στην εισβολή στην Κύπρο το 1974. Ο Güney μεταναστεύει σε ηλικία 5 ετών με την οικογένειά του στη Γαλλία. Μετακομίζει το 2003 στη Γερμανία και παντρεύεται το 2008 για να επιστρέψει στη Γαλλία το 2011, μετά το διαζύγιό του. Το Νοέμβριο του 2011, ο νεαρός άνδρας προσεγγίζει και διεισδύει στην κουρδική κοινότητα του Παρισιού, καταβάλλοντας το ποσό των 50€ στο κουρδικό πολιτιστικό κέντρο του Villiers-le-Bel. Στο προφίλ του στο Facebook, ο Ömer Güney δηλώνει ότι εργάζεται στο διεθνές αεροδρόμιο Charles de Gaulle ως συμβασιούχος συντηρητής, παρ΄όλα αυτά κατοικεί στα βόρεια προάστια, εμφανίζεται με ακριβά κοστούμια και χαρτοφύλακα στο κέντρο του Παρισιού και ταξιδεύει 10 φορές προς Κωνσταντινούπολη και Άγκυρα μέσα στο 2012, όπως έδειξε το διαβατήριό του που βρέθηκε κρυμμένο πίσω από το ραδιόφωνο του αυτοκινήτου του. Το τελευταίο ταξίδι πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 18-21 Δεκεμβρίου με τον Ömer Güney να διαμένει για τρεις ημέρες σε ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της Άγκυρας.

Εσωτερικό έγγραφο της ΜΙΤ με διαβάθμιση «Απόρρητο» και ημερομηνία 18/11/2012: Αναφέρει πληροφορίες για τη Sakine Cansiz με βάση πηγή στο Παρίσι που φέρει την κωδική ονομασία «λεγεωνάριος», στον οποίο δόθηκε εντολή «έναρξης της επιχείρησης» και καταβλήθηκαν €6.000 για τις προετοιμασίες της «επιχείρησης». Στους 4 υπογράφοντες βρίσκεται το όνομα του επιχειρησιακού διοικητή της ΜΙΤ, Uğur Kaan Ayık.

Ο Ömer Güney συλλαμβάνεται στις 21 Ιανουαρίου με άκρως επιβαρυντικά στοιχεία από κάμερες ασφαλείας, τα ίχνη πυρίτιδας στα προσωπικά του αντικείμενα και την κατοχή μεγάλου αριθμού κινητών τηλεφώνων. Κατά τη διαδικασία της ανάκρισης, ο Güney δηλώνει ότι μέλος του ΡΚΚ τα τελευταία δύο χρόνια, στοιχείο που αξιοποιεί η Άγκυρα για να στηρίξει την εκδοχή του «εσωτερικού ξεκαθαρίσματος λογαριασμών». «Δεν είναι Κούρδος, και ακόμα λιγότερο Κούρδος ακτιβιστής», δήλωσε ο Mehmet Ülker, Πρόεδρος της Ομοσπονδίας Κουρδικών Ενώσεων της Γαλλίας ενώ ο ιμάμης του Polatpaşa που κατακλύζεται από ραδιοτηλεοπτικά μέσα, επιβεβαιώνει ότι η οικογένεια του Güney ψήφιζε πάντα το Κόμμα Εθνικιστικής Δράσης (ΜΗΡ). Στα τουρκικά ΜΜΕ, η οικογένεια Güney αρνείται επίσης την συμμετοχή του στο PKK. «Είμαστε μια εθνικιστική οικογένεια» δηλώνει ο θείος της οικογένειας και ταυτόχρονα υποστηρίζει ότι ο ύποπτος πάσχει από όγκο στον εγκέφαλο και παρουσιάζει συχνές απώλειες μνήμης…
Παρά τα συνεχή αιτήματα από τη Γαλλική δικαιοσύνη, η Τουρκία αρνείται μέχρι σήμερα τη συνεργασία τις γαλλικές αρχές. Το περιεχόμενο της παρακάτω συνομιλίας, που προδίδει την ιεραρχική σχέση μεταξύ του Güney και των άλλων δύο ατόμων, αφήνουν ελάχιστη αμφιβολία για τη χρηματοδότηση, την καθοδήγηση και την εφαρμογή σχεδίου δολοφονίας από τη ΜΙΤ. Στόχος ήταν η Sakine Cansiz και «παράπλευρες απώλειες» οι Fidan Dogan και Leyla Soylemez που βρέθηκαν στο λάθος σημείο, τη λάθος στιγμή…
